General
• Contributes to the morale of the hotel by maintaining effective working relationships with hotel colleagues
• Performs any additional duties as directed by the General Manager
• To represent Rooms Division on the hotel's Executive Committee.
• Stays current with developments in the hotel industry, and specifically Rooms related issues, and makes appropriate suggestions and recommendations to the General Manager.
• Is fully conversant with all health and safety, fire and emergency procedures.
• Maintains a high standard of personal hygiene, dress, uniform and body language
• Is polite and professional in any situation where the image or reputation of the hotel is represented
• Attends meetings and training as required by the General Manager
• Ensures that all activities are carried out honestly, ethically and within the parameters of the local law.
• Interacts with guests actively soliciting their feedback.

Operations
• Assists the General Manager in the overall running of the hotel by participating in decisions relating to hotel policy, philosophy, directions, goals and objectives and actions to be taken as well as the implementation as directed.
• Oversees the performance of the Front Office Manager and the Executive Housekeeper as well as the Outlet Mangers / Supervisors providing guidance and assistance in the execution of their responsibilities and helping them to set departmental objectives.
• Directs and controls all subordinate Rooms division staff to ensure that all day to day operational matters are handled on time and guest expectations are met or exceeded.
• Oversees the quality, consistency, and presentation in all outlets to ensure that they conform to the requisite standards and meet or exceed guest expectations.
• Oversees the service standards of all outlets ensuring that they conform to the requisite standards and meet or exceed guest expectations.
• Ensures the implementation and maintenance of operation equipment and linen par stocks in concerned departments and oversees inventory taking and control.
• Assists in the preparation of the hotel’s annual budget, and more specifically prepares monitors and controls the hotel’s Rooms Division budget.
• Maintain efficient administration preparing and submitting operational reports on time.
• Ensures that associates are selected, trained, evaluated and rewarded in compliance with existing associate management systems.
• Coaches, counsels, disciplines and develops subordinate associates.
• Contributes to risk management activities for the property.
• Leads and is responsible for the implementation of the internal talent development program.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc:

• 8-10 years of related experience in the hotels with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in a similar position
• Bachelor Degree or Masters with a concentration in Business or related field, or full hospitality professional qualifications
• Excellent command of the English language
• Ability to express effective, clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Strong leadership, organizational and administrative skills
• Must be able to handle difficult situations with tact and high diplomacy
• Strong interpersonal skills
• In possession of strong partnering skills, clear vision, strategic planner and problem solver
o Strong sense of urgency, able to prioritize and delegate tasks
o Strong sense of commitment and of unquestionable integrity
o Strong budgeting and forecasting skills
o Good understanding of business and finance
o Understanding of large, multi-cultural organizations
