Tóm Tắt Công Việc: 1. ABOUT THE ROLE
Engage in food and beverage service ensuring that guest satisfaction objectives within the restaurant are achieved by providing an efficient, friendly and attentive service as per the standards of performance and training provided.
2. KEY RESPONSIBILITES
o Contributes to the morale and team spirit of the hotel by maintaining effective relationships with colleagues.
o Perform additional duties as directed by supervisors.
o Make appropriate suggestions and recommendations to supervisors for the general improvement of the hotel.
o Be fully conversant with all health and safety, fire and emergency procedures.
o Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene, dress, uniform, and body language.
o Be polite and professional in any situation where the image or regulation of the hotel is represented.
o Attend meetings and training as required by supervisors.
o Ensure that all activities are carried out honestly, ethically, and within the parameters of Vietnamese Law.
o Interact with guests actively soliciting feedback
o Achievement of the goals and objectives of the restaurant.
o Quantity and nature of guest comments and complaints.
o Attendance at scheduled training sessions.
o Perform all mice-en-place duties and responsibilities as directed, on time, according to the predetermined standards.
o Engage in food and beverage service delivery as per the predetermined standards and sequence.
o Have thorough knowledge of the menu, drinks list and wine list and to be able to respond to guest inquire.
o Ensure that guest expectations are met or exceeded by providing an efficient, friendly and attentive service.
o Liaise with the kitchen, stewarding, bars and housekeeping in operational matters to ensure the operation runs smoothly.
o Collect and delivers restaurant linen laundry according to hotel procedures.
o Check and collects supplies from the stores according to hotel procedures.
o Helps maintain the restaurant in top physical condition by reporting any engineering or housekeeping defects to supervisors.
o Help maintain standards of cleanliness by carrying out front and back of house cleaning duties as directed.
o Handle customer complaints if possible, or reports them to supervisors.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc: o Good English and Vietnamese language skills

o Proven experience in hotel of similar upper scale concepts.
