Tóm Tắt Công Việc:
Ensuring effective implementation of HR systems, administration, policies & procedures following local legalization, whilst maintaining Fusion’s standards in HR management. This position is responsible for implementing effective and efficient day to day training, communication, administration and reporting, to and between the hotel’s departments and individuals, resulting in a highly motivated, flexible and multi-skilled workforce.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc:
o Fluent in English and Vietnamese (both oral and written)
o Experience in the pre-opening stage is preferable.
o A high standard of interpersonal and communication skills, and a demonstrated capacity to effectively communicate with a broad range of people, esp. the senior leadership team.
o In-depth knowledge of Human Resources practices.
o Exceptional interpersonal skills.
o Adapt with a variety of multimedia human resources platforms and methods, especially digital platforms.
