Tóm Tắt Công Việc: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
Identify, acquire, and maintain relationships with corporate, travel agent, and MICE clients.
Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and property site inspections.
Generate new business opportunities and expand market share.
Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and rate agreements.
Monitor booking pace, forecast performance, and manage sales pipeline.
Collaborate with Revenue, Front Office, and F&B teams to maximize occupancy and revenue.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics.
Ensure high client satisfaction and handle contract-related inquiries or issues.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and performance updates.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in hospitality or hotel industry.
Strong network with corporate, travel agents, and MICE segments is an advantage.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales systems/CRM.
Good command of English (spoken and written).
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
