Basic Function:
- Corporate sales solicitation of individual business for rooms, groups, catering, food and beverage in general.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Achieve sales objectives and goals as set by the management for the corporate segment.
2. Build rapport with key corporate accounts.
• Make quality calls including site inspections lunch entertainment program for the key corporate accounts.
• Ensure that the files have account profiles, all sales reports and any other relevant information.
• Plan call schedule one week in advance.
• Coordinate sales blitz programs with the team.
3. Proactively track and share information regarding new market trends and competitors.
4. Understand factors that impact the market, inform the management accordingly and present solutions.
5. Study Hotel’s performance and understand the revenue streams and importance of all segments.
6. Ensure that company’s SOP’s and LSOPs are in place and adhered to.
7. Carry out administrative duties.
8. Monitor and present monthly results of the corporate accounts.
9. Communicate and work effectively across the departments.
10. Submit sales report on monthly basis.
11. Performs sales and marketing functions or related duties and special projects as assigned and directed by the director of sales and director of marketing.
12. Dresses properly when contacts or meet the clients, or whenever appears in the hotel’s public areas.
13. Perform other duties as assigned by director of sales.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc:

Job Profile and Qualifications:
1. At least Bachelor degree in any field.
2. At least 3-year experience in sales for Corporate segment.
3. Strong network and interpersonal skills.
4. Proficiency in English communication and computer literate.
5. Results driven.

Technical Skills:
1. Strong overall sales skills.
2. Effective telephone communication skills.
3. Broad understanding of function and group room space management.
4. Proven ability in group sales process and related strategies.
5. Maximize revenue by up-selling packages and creative food & beverage.
6. Understanding and achievement of team and individual goals.
7. Understanding of need time strategy as developed by revenue management.
8. Familiarity and knowledge of all departments within the hotel.
