Tóm Tắt Công Việc: 1. ABOUT THE ROLE

The Commis will work closely with Demi Chef De Partie and the Chef de Partie ensuring tasks related to meal preparation, maintenance, logistics, safety and sanitation are successful. The Commis help the senior chef in the preparation of the different dishes to follow the standard set-up by the Executive Chef.

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITES
NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH:

a. General
o Measures, mixes, and prepares meal ingredients, sauces, and seasonings
o Washes, chops, and cuts fruit, meat, and vegetable items under the supervision of the Demi Chef de Partie or Chef De Partie
o Plates meal items under the supervision of the Demi Chef de Partie or Chef De Partie
o Continually develops culinary knowledge to produce high-quality meals
o Reports issues with equipment to the Demi Chef de Partie or Chef De Partie
o Contributing to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards.
o Perform any additional duties as directed by supervisors.

b. Key Result Areas

o Ensure food preparation and presentation are conform to the requisite standards, under the supervision of the Demi Chef de Partie or Chef De Partie
o Ensure that food is stored, prepared and secured hygienically and safely, under the supervision of the Demi Chef de Partie or Chef De Partie.
o Ensure that food is prepared and cooked according to specific recipes and wastage is minimized, under the supervision of the Demi Chef de Partie or Chef De Partie.
o Maintain standards of hygiene and cleanliness when working in the kitchen under the supervision of the Demi Chef de Partie or Chef De Partie.
o Report any engineering defects to immediate supervisors
o Success in this role will be determined by your ability to support the kitchen’s efficiency and safety without compromising the quality of the meals produced.


Yêu Cầu Công Việc: o High school diploma or equivalent;
o 1-2 years of work experience in a similar role.
o Good understanding of food, health, and safety regulations.
o Be able to work under pressure
o Excellent communicator, organizer and motivator
o Dynamic, innovative and self-motivated
