The Assistant Group Director of Marketing is in charge of leading the company’s marketing and communication strategies. The Assistant Group Director of Marketing reports directly to the Commercial Head.

1. Responsible for the final delivery of the Marketing strategies and execution for both hotels and Brand at corporate level
2. Managing the Graphic Design Team, the design process from brief until final product and all tasks including :
• Design of Brand Logo, Identity, and Logo Registration
• Providing all Serenity departments with requested promotion material Design strong conceptual brochures and sales books for the brands
• Work closely with the Web Development Manager and Web Team on the Web Design and updating of the 2 websites
3. Give creative expression to briefs and evaluate creative work
4. Responsible for creating an atmosphere for creative growth
5. Carry forward the vision on integration
6. Spot opportunity to do path-breaking creative work
7. Act as Spokesperson for the organization with clients and in the industry
8. Attending or supervising meetings with suppliers
9. Liaise with PR office and make sure the brand is positioned in key feeder markets
10. Activation of digital marketing strategies resulting in revenue generation via direct channels
11. Ability to look at brand at strategic level and build brand awareness both domestically and internationally
12. Create marketing strategies and launch them effectively at pre-opening phase
13. Work with third party suppliers if need be within budgets
14. Create and plan marketing budgets for Fusion brand every fiscal year
15. Work closely with property General Managers and property team in executing their marketing strategies
16. Track and share information regarding new business trends
17. Understand factors that affect the market, inform management accordingly and come with the solution
18. Monitor monthly results and performance of hotels. Explain variations to their analytics
19. Communicate effectively to ensure that the Marketing function is carried out smoothly and commitments are met
20. Submit marketing activities reports on a monthly basis
21. Maintain a close relationship with the hotels and public relations

Yêu Cầu Công Việc:
• Minimum of at least 5 years hands-on experience in Communications, Design with established brands
• At least Bachelor degree in any field
• Knowledge of hotel, property management, and entertainment business
• Strong in inter-personality and leadership skill
• Proficiency in English communication and computer literate
• Strong in driving results and people management and development
• Work in teams
• Meet targets

• Give a good brief and supervise efficiently
• Manage many projects at the same time
• Think creatively and out-of-the-box while meeting deadlines
