Job Summary: 1. ABOUT THE ROLE
Assists in keeping a kitchen clean and sanitary, cleaning dishes and tends to customers' needs in accordance with departmental quality standards.
2. KEY RESPONSIBILITES

o Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures
o Contribute to the morale of the hotel by maintaining effective relationships with hotel colleagues.
o Perform any additional duties as directed by supervisors.
o Be fully conversant with all health and safety, fire and emergency procedures.
o Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene, dress, uniform, and body language.
o Be polite and professional in any situation where the image or regulation of the hotel is represented.
o Attend meetings and training as required by supervisors.
o Ensures that all activities are carried out honestly, ethically, and within the parameters of Vietnamese Law
b. Key Result Areas
o clean and put away dishes, clean floors and food preparation areas, refill supplies, wipe tables, and take out the trash.
o Clean and set tables and placing seasonal decorations, candles, and table cloths.
o Stock wait staff serving stations with napkins, utensils, trays, and condiments, and assisting the wait staff with all aspects of service.
o Scrap food from dirty dishes, pots, pans, plates, flatware, and glasses, washing dirty dishes, and putting them away.
o Assist with sweeping, mopping, and polishing the kitchen, and equipment.
o Assist with unloading and storing stock
o Reports any engineering defects to immediate supervisors
o Ensures that subordinate employees report for work punctually and grooming standards are met.
