Job Summary: - Support to take care the guest at the hotel.
- Welcome guests and check-in / check-out according to the hotel's standards.
- Check the room condition before, providing luggage support for guests when needed.
- Solve problems arising during the guests' stay at the hotel.
- Contact other relevant departments to deal with customer requests when needed.
- Update guest profiles to support the monitoring of the shift leader.
- Deal with calls inside and outside the hotel to provide the most effective customer care service.
Job Requirement: - Good at English
- At least 1 year experience in Receptionist position in 4-5 stars hotel
- Active, hard working, willing to learn new knowledge
- Good communication skills, good looks, honesty, kindness

Monthly Salary Range: VNĐ
