Job Summary: 1. ABOUT THE ROLE
You are a multi-tasker who can work independently to provide courteous and efficient service.

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITES
o Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene, well-groomed appearance, and a tidy
o Serve as the main point of communication between the guests and Fusion Original Saigon
Centre throughout the guest journey via all communication channels.
o Champion of guest problem resolution tracker (PRT). Update, monitor, coordinate with
Assistant Guest Experiences Manager to ensure all entries are followed up accordingly and
cases closed with no further action required.
o Work with Bellman or independently deliver guest luggage and belongings to and from
guest room, car, locker, and reception. Physically possible to move, lift, carry, push, pull and
place objects without assistance.
o Perform receptionist duties: Handle check in, present registration card, provide cashiering
related services, prepare room keys, provide information, record vouchers, post all charges,
prepare check-out files, handle cash float, be familiar with availability status to up-sell, be
responsible for documents with serial number such as: official receipt, paid out form, rebate,
o Perform food & beverage attendant duties: maintain buffet from set-up to pack-down, polish
glassware and cutlery, check booking, greet and seat guest, describe and recommend items,
serve alcohol and non-alcohol beverages, aware of guests’ allergies and special requests.
o Ensure high cleanliness of storage by organizing stocks, checking stocks condition, recording
expired products, recording quantity and report back to Assistant Guest Experiences
b. Other Duties and Responsibilities
o Assist operational departments with drafting advisory letters, invitations and other printed
communication for in-house guests.
o Assist guests in using massage appliances and changing room including set-up machine,
handling towel, laundry services, bathroom kit and hygiene.
o Have problem-solving oriented attitude when doing handover to next shift.
o Understand and strictly adhere to the Rules & Regulations established in the Employees
Handbook and the Hotel’s policy on Fire, Hygiene, Health, Safety and Food Handling.
o Ensure guests follow guidance from suppliers and company in while using assets in The Nest
Lounge. Prevent asset lost and damage with all care.
o Have attentive eyes to maintain the outlet facilities standard and quality.
o Assist and carry out other duties as required and directed.
Job Requirement: o 6 months – 2 years of work experience in a similar role at Hospitality Management (prefer
Front Office or Food and Beverage department), Customer Services or Butler services.
o Proficiency in English and Vietnamese. Other languages would be a plus.
o Have creative mindset, flexible and adaptable characteristics, strong sense of human skills to
deliver exceptional guest experiences and handle guests’ feedbacks.
o Be willing to learn hospitality procedures and computer skills to provide best practices, such
as: Opera, Microsoft Office, POS, Salto, Gemalto, Intelity, etc.
o Have interest or knowledge in boardgames would be a plus.
o the ability and flexibility to work under pressure, across a seven-day rotating roster, including
weekends and public holidays, regardless of overnight shift
