Job Summary: 1. ABOUT THE ROLE
Oversee Reservations Department on behalf of Reservations & E-commerce Manager/ Revenue Manager
2. KEY RESPONSIBILITES
o Assist in managing the Daily Operations of the Reservations Department, act as Reservations Manager in his/her absence, and support the Reservations team in achieving departmental objectives (Employee Engagement, Reputation Performance Score, Reservations Accuracy, RevPar, etc.).
o Lead the Reservations colleagues by ensuring proper training, and scheduling.
o Schedule Reservation Agents to cover all shifts, achieve forecasted productivity.
o Supervise colleagues within the department to ensure that standards and policies of service are maintained.
o Find opportunities to exceed our guests' expectations by being intuitive, ensuring the "right guest is in the right room", and enable our front-line colleagues to deliver exceptional service during our guests' stays.
o Creating promotional offers and checking to see that these are uploaded precisely on online channels
o Execute effective strategies & activities to drive all online channels (OTAs, Brand.com, B2B channels.) production and measure performance against desired contribution targets.
o Assist all the development & implementation of marketing promotions and packages to ensure functionality in support of strategy & initiatives
o Control up to date availability, rates and promotions in the partners different extranet and make recommendation based on forecast
o Collect, integrate and study online market and competition data on a daily basis.
o Maintain and increase hotel visibility through various Search Engines and online channels.
o Attend Revenue Management meetings as required.
o Ensure that all departmental reports and correspondence are completed on time and accurately.
o Work closely with Front Office and Sales Departments to ensure inventory accuracy.
o Build and maintain new and existing rate offers.
o Any other duties or tasks as directed by line Manager that assist and support hotel operations
Job Requirement: o Excellent command of the English & Vietnamese
o At least 02-years experience in Opera V5 or Opera Cloud (preferred) on advanced level
o At least 01-year experience in e-commerce, proficient in using OTA extranet on advanced level
o Proficient in Microsoft Office
o Strong sense of urgency, able to prioritize and delegate tasks.
o Guest service oriented.
o Strong sense of commitment and of unquestionable integrity.
o Well organized.

Monthly Salary Range: Thỏa Thuận VNĐ
