Job Summary:
Developing Sales Strategies:
•Create and implement strategic sales plans that align with the hotel's objectives to maximize revenue.
•Identify new market opportunities and develop tactics to capture a larger share of the market.
•Set sales targets and goals for the sales team and ensure they are achieved.

Managing the Sales Team:
•Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
•Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations to the sales team.
•Foster a culture of teamwork, motivation, and accountability among the sales staff.

Driving Revenue:
•Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
•Implement pricing strategies and promotional campaigns to drive revenue growth.
•Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and third-party vendors.

Marketing and Brand Management:
•Develop and execute marketing plans to promote the hotel's services, amenities, and special offerings.
•Manage advertising campaigns across various channels including digital, print, and social media.
•Maintain brand integrity and ensure consistency in messaging across all marketing efforts.

Customer Relationship Management:
•Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and corporate clients.
•Oversee the handling of customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests.
•Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Budgeting and Reporting:
•Prepare annual sales and marketing budgets and monitor expenditures.
•Track and analyze sales performance metrics, market trends, and guest satisfaction scores.
•Generate regular reports for senior management detailing sales achievements, challenges, and opportunities.

Job Requirement:
- A background harmonized with Sales & Marketing excellence, ideally enriched by a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of leading roles in the luxury hotel sector.
- Fluent in the language of leadership and English, capable of inspiring teams and negotiating deals that resonate with our vision for Fusion.
- A visionary with a proven track record of innovative strategies and operational success, particularly within Sales, Marketing, and Reservations/Revenue departments.
