Job Summary: The successful candidate will be overseeing the whole F&B department, including kitchen operations,
ensuring exceptional, consistent, high-quality guest experiences, leading from the front with a “can do”
attitude and optimizing the profitability of the whole department, paying particular attention to
Food Standards, Consistency, Team Efficiency and Food Costing.
Job Requirement: Vietnamese (oversea experiences) or Expat
A University degree or Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management and preferably
a Kitchen background.
Minimum 2 years of work experience as Director of F&B or Executive Chef.
Good operational, administrative, and interpersonal skills are necessary
